2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery Main Ticket and Draw Information

1. The 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery main ticket prices are: Single ticket is $110, 3-Pack price is $220, 6-Pack price is $330, and a 12-Pack price is $550. Only 83,800 tickets will be sold.
2. The total retail value of prizes is $2,158,215.81 (excluding taxes) for the Main Lottery.
3. All persons participating in the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
4. The Fall Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Friday, October 2, 2026 at Midnight. The Fall Bonus draw will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
5. The Super Bonus cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Friday, October 16, 2026 at Midnight. The Super Bonus draw will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
6. The Early Bird cutoff date for main ticket sales will be Friday, November 6, 2026 at Midnight. The Early Bird draws will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
7. The Final main ticket sales cutoff for all remaining prizes, including the Grand Prize, will be Thursday, November 19, 2026 at Midnight. All remaining main prize draws, excluding the Grand Prize draw, will begin on Thursday, November 26 2026 at 10:00 a.m. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. All draws will take place at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
8. The Grand Prize draw will be held on Friday, November 27 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
9. In the event the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery sells out prior to Midnight, Friday, November 6, 2026, the following alternative draw dates will be used, except for the Fall Bonus, Super Bonus and Early Bird draws as noted above. All remaining main prize draws, excluding the Grand Prize draw, will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 starting at 10:10 a.m. These draws will be in order of ascending retail value. All draws will take place at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3. The Grand Prize draw will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.

Grand Prize Rules

10. The Grand Prize winner will have until Tuesday, December 8, 2026 to make their selection of their choice options. If the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the HSC Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026, the cash option will be awarded. In the event the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery sells out prior to midnight, Friday, November 6, 2026, the Grand Prize winner will have until Monday, November 30, 2026 to make their selection of their choice options. If the winner cannot be reached or does not indicate their selection to the HSC Foundation prior to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2026, the cash option will be awarded.
11. Title transfer for Grand Prize Option 1, the Maric Homes home to be built at 53 Alderwood Way, in Headingley, MB would be on or before December 1, 2027; for Grand Prize Option 2, a Dwell Designs home to be built at 6-611 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg, MB would be on or before March 2027; for Grand Prize Option 3, a Westrich Pacific Homes home to be built at 904-1650 Old Ferry Wharf Road, West Kelowna would be on or before June 1, 2028; for Grand Prize Option 4, a Sterling Homes home to be built at 103 Bullrush Bay, Winnipeg, MB would be on or August 27, 2027; And for Grand Prize Option 5, a Broadview Homes home to be built at 261 Pathfinder Trail, Winnipeg, MB would be on or before July 29, 2027.
12. Should the show homes still be available at the time of the prize selection for the Maric Homes, the Winner would have the option to choose the available “show home” as their prize. Should the Winner elect this option and the difference in market value indicated on the home prize between the “to be built home” is greater than the “show home” they select, the winner would be paid the difference of the value of the to be built home and the show home in cash. If the “show home” is valued greater than the to be built home no additional cash for the difference will be awarded to the winner should they select that “show home”.
13. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. The winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.
14. Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the home being transferred. If a real estate prize winner is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, the winner will be responsible for payment of the non-resident tax.
15. In the event a real estate prize winner is a non-Canadian within the meaning of the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act (PPRPNCA) and the real estate prize is within a region where a transfer of an interest in property is prohibited per the PPRPNCA, the licensee will be legally prohibited from awarding the real estate prize to the winner. If the PPRPNCA applies, the licensee will provide the prize winner with a cash alternative.
16. If the Grand Prize winner chooses one of the homes as their Grand Prize option, the Land Transfer Tax, and the costs of transferring the home to the winner would be borne by the HSC Millionaire Lottery.
17. Winners of a Grand Prize Home may be subject to landscaping requirements that are not covered in the prize.

50/50 PLUS® Draw Information

18. 50/50 PLUS® ticket prices are a 10-Pack for $25, 30-Pack for $50, 60-Pack for $75 and 100-Pack for $100. The 50/50 Plus™ jackpot will begin at $400,000 with a minimum prize guarantee of $200,000. Jackpot winner will receive 50% of the gross revenue or the minimum guarantee of $200,000, whichever is higher. In addition to the jackpot draw, 60 additional draws for $500 each will take place throughout the lottery program. See details below.
19. 50/50 PLUS® tickets can only be purchased if a 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery main ticket(s) has been purchased.
20. Once 50/50 PLUS® tickets have been purchased, they will be eligible for all subsequent draws within the indicated 50/50 Plus™ timeframe. The 50/50 PLUS® raffle will include the major jackpot draw as well as additional bonus draws outlined below under rules 21 to 23.
21. The 50/50 PLUS® Fall Bonus Draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
    1. The 50/50 PLUS® Fall Bonus cut off for ticket sales cut off will be Friday, October 2, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 PLUS® Fall Bonus draws will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
22. The 50/50 PLUS® Super Bonus Draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
    1. The 50/50 PLUS® Super Bonus cut off for ticket sales will be Friday, October 16, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 PLUS® Super Bonus draws will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
23. The 50/50 PLUS® Early Bird draws will have 20 winners of $500 each.
    1. The 50/50 PLUS® Early Bird draws cut off for ticket sales will be Friday, November 6, 2026, at midnight. The 50/50 PLUS® Early Bird draws will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 10:10 a.m.
24. The 50/50 PLUS® Jackpot is 50% of the gross revenue which will include total tickets sold for the 50/50 Plus™.
    1. The 50/50 PLUS® cut off for ticket sales will be Midnight, Thursday, November 19, 2026, or earlier if Main tickets are sold out. The 50/50 PLUS® jackpot draw will take place on Friday, November 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
25. If the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery Main tickets sell out before Midnight, Friday, November 6, 2026, the draw for the 50/50 PLUS® jackpot will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.

Extra Cash Plus™ Draw Information

26. Extra Cash Plus™ ticket prices are a 10-Pack for $25, 30-Pack for $50, 60-Pack for $75, and 100-pack for $100. A maximum of 1,425,000 tickets will be sold.
27. Total retail value of the Extra Cash Plus™ prizes is $170,000.
28. The Extra Cash Plus™ tickets can only be purchased if a 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery main ticket has been purchased.
29. The Extra Cash Plus™ ticket sales cut off is Midnight, Thursday, November 19, 2026 or earlier if the Main lottery tickets sell out. The Extra Cash Plus™ draws will take place on Thursday, November 26 2026, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
30. If the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery Main tickets sell out before Midnight, Friday, November 6, 2026, the Extra Cash Plus™ draws will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the HSC Foundation Office at PW112-700 William Avenue, Winnipeg MB, R3E 0Z3.
31. There are 120 Extra Cash Plus™ Regular Winners of $1,000 Cash each.
32. There are 5 Extra Cash Plus™ Final Winners of $10,000 Cash each.

Other Rules:

33. The 50/50 PLUS® and Extra Cash Plus™ tickets are available for purchase by any main ticket purchaser throughout the program. The addition of 50/50 PLUS® and Extra Cash Plus™ tickets will only be accepted online at purchase.hscmillionaire.com/top-up or by phone at 1-855-999-5688 after the initial purchase and must be purchased by the ticket deadline. All purchasers will require their initial order number and postal code to add additional 50/50 PLUS® and Extra Cash Plus™ tickets to their original order. Additional purchases will be in the name of the original ticket purchaser and will be mailed or emailed to the address on the original purchase.
34. All draws will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
35. Each ticket purchase is issued in only one person’s name and prizes will be issued only to the name of the person on the ticket. The person whose name is on the ticket is responsible for distributing any prizes in the event of a group purchase winning. All ticket packs are considered a single purchase and all tickets are issued in one person’s name.
36. Each winner, as a condition of accepting any prize, may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming such winner’s eligibility to participate in the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery and releasing the Foundation(s) from all claims, which may arise from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded.
37. Tickets can only be purchased within the Province of Manitoba or by a resident of Manitoba. All non-residents must purchase tickets in-person at one of the retail ticket sale locations in Manitoba.
38. Once the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery tickets are purchased they are non-transferable and non-refundable once the draw commences.
39. Ticket requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
40. All payments must be made in Canadian dollars.
41. A ticket is not considered purchased until a verified financial transaction is complete. Ticket requests with cheques returned for insufficient funds (NSF) will be automatically voided. The Foundation has the right to charge persons $30 to cover NSF administrative costs.
42. A complete list of all winners will be published online at www.hscmillionaire.com within 5 days after the final raffle draw(s) have been completed. Upon request to the Foundation office a listing of winners will be provided.
43. All prizes are tax-free. The 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery ticket purchases are not tax deductible, and no charitable donation receipts will be issued, as per Canada Revenue Agency regulations.
44. The Foundations reserve the right to use winners’ names and photos in communication, promotional and media materials.
45. Members of the Board of Directors and employees and employees’ household members of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation and St. Boniface Hospital Foundation and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery.
46. The winner of the Fall Bonus Draw # 1 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
47. The winner of the Super Bonus Draw # 4 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026, to make their selection of their options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
48. The winner of the Early Bird Draws # 9 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winner for the cash option value.
49. The winners of draws 40-139 will have up to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026, to make their selection of their choice options. If notification has not been given to the Foundation by then a cheque will be mailed out to the winners for the cash option value.
50. Destination travel vouchers from Indigeno Travel are for travel from Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. If possible, all travel must be completed by December 30, 2028. All travel must be booked within two (2) years of prize notification. Vouchers can be used for multiple trips; however, if the full prize amount is not used within two (2) years, the remaining balance expires and the winner will not receive a refund or further payout. In the event travel is not possible, the cash option value will be provided to the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to purchase travel insurance. Additional costs over the prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
51. All unclaimed prizes become property of the 2026 HSC Millionaire Lottery 90 days after the draw has been performed unless otherwise specified in these rules. We will notify winners by mail and/or by email followed by one telephone call.
52. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the email and postal address on their ticket is correct.
53. Each ticket is eligible to win one prize in each prize category. A prize category is defined as each group of identical prizes on the official list of prizes. After each prize category draw is completed, all tickets go back in the draw for the next prize category draws.
54. All main prize draws will be drawn in order of ascending retail value.
55. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Some restrictions may apply.
56. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in any advertising.
57. Winners are required to present photo identification to claim their prizes valued over $30,000.
58. All winners will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket at the time of purchase.
59. The Foundation’s ticket sellers reserve the right to refuse purchasers if their safety feels compromised.
60. All ticket holders have the right to witness the draws. If the location of the draws changes, a notice will be provided on our website prior to the affected draw(s).
61. Unless otherwise stated in these raffle rules, winners will have 14 days from the date notifying them of their prize options to make their selection.
62. The liability of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation is limited to the ticket pack price paid in the event a ticket pack is purchased but not processed or entered into the draw.
